replace

   wp_enqueue_script('lazy_loads_images', plugins_url( '/core/lazy_loads_images.js' , __FILE__ ), array('jquery'),null,true);

with

   wp_enqueue_script('lazy_loads_images', plugins_url( '/lazy_loads_images.js' , __FILE__ ), array('jquery'),null,true);
