Failed to load tinymce text color

I have gotten this message twice today as well as a few weeks ago. I am bringing up a post, clicking to eidt an image, changing linked to to none. When I hit my back button this is what I see.
Failed to load plugin:textcolor from url https://www.marilynstreats.com/wp-includes/js/tinymc/plugins/textcolor/plugin.m.js/
I have a screen shot if necessary. Am I just going to fast to allow the full load? Thx.
This error doesn’t appear consistantly enough for more. Trouble shooting on my end.

There have been several similar reports. In most cases this is caused either by some kind of security settings on the server blocking the loading of that file, or by improper file permissions.
Can try deleting and re-installing the plugin. That should fix file permissions. If it doesn’t help, please contact your web hosting company for help.
Assuming this case has been fixed, no reply in six weeks.
