    Looks like “something” is preventing this file from being loaded. Try to load it directly in the browser… Think best would be to ask your web hosting company for help with that.

    There have been several similar reports. In most cases this is caused either by some kind of security settings on the server blocking the loading of that file, or by improper file permissions.

    Can try deleting and re-installing the plugin. That should fix file permissions. If it doesn’t help, please contact your web hosting company for help.

    Assuming this case has been fixed, no reply in six weeks.
