Failed to move the folder/gallery

    Hello. We have over 1000 media files to retitle and rename, and your plugin looks perfect for us.
    However, when we try to change an image title and click OK, we get “Failed to move the folder/gallery” error.

    The site uses W3 Total Cache, and was previously configured to use a an AWS Cloudfront CDN for static content, but that was turned off the day before. Could that still have something to do with it? Could any other settings related to Caching be causing this problem?
    Any other debugging advice?

    Sorry for the late reply. I am not sure what causes this; are the files are on the local install, currently?

    Can you check your PHP Error Logs? There should be an error in there, which will help us to understand the issue ??
