    For about five days I have a problem with image optimization. The following errors appear in my.quic.cloud/msg:

    Failed to notify WP to pick up optimized images
    Unable to notify WordPress to pick up images. Check QUIC.cloud IPs are whitelisted at the firewall.

    I checked the IP addresses on this page https://api.quic.cloud/ips and they are all whitelisted on my Cloudflare. I also asked my hosting to whitelist these addresses on the server.
    Unfortunately, errors are still appearing and pulling doesn’t work

    Hi @qtwrk
    This error occurs when trying to connect to a domain with the wrong IP address.
    Recently, our IP address has changed, but I immediately entered a new one in the my.quic.cloud panel. Maybe there is some bug on your servers and despite the change, they try to connect to the old IP?

    @qtwrk
    It’s a new month and so the Free Tier Fast Queue has renewed and image optimization has started working. It looks like your servers are not responding to the change of IP address, but when the Free Tier Fast Queue is renewing, that’s when the servers notice the change

    The IP being used September 27/28/29 ends on .163, at this time the `
    notify_img` endpoint continued to return “404 not found”.

    The IP ending on .163 is also the one configured in my.quic.cloud.

    The IP change was registered by the image optimization service at 2020-09-26 19:44:19 UTC.

    Thus the 404 is not related to the incorrect IP, assuming the .163 IP that got configured the 26th of September is indeed correct.

    Best Regards,
    Lucas Rolff
