Failed To Open Stream

  • Hi guys I’ve been up and running now for quite some time without any trouble. Last night I was doing some updates, trying out a new Theme now when I enter my blogs url https://www.abcwritersnetwork.co.uk I’m presented with the following:

    Warning: require_once(TEMPLATEPATH/lib/classes/comments.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /websites/LinuxPackage04/ab/cw/ri/abcwritersnetwork.co.uk/public_html/functions.php on line 42

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘TEMPLATEPATH/lib/classes/comments.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php’) in /websites/LinuxPackage04/ab/cw/ri/abcwritersnetwork.co.uk/public_html/functions.php on line 42

    I have no difficulty getting into the dashboard, I’ve carried out an automatic reload of WordPress, and I’ve de-activated the theme that the problem originally occurred on but I’m none the closer to solving my problem.

    There is probably a pretty simple solution but at the moment I don’t know it – help!!

    UPDATE OH yes forgot to add I’ve carried out a quick check on the two themes I’m working with and in Content – Themes there is a functions.php file in the themes I’m trying to use e.g. twentyten – functions.php

    Problem solved – deactivated and reactivated all the plugins; that done the trick.
