failed to open stream

Hi, I’m working with Network Admin and I have two sites for the same purpose, but one is in English and the other is in Portuguese.
In the English version, everything works just fine, but in the Portuguese one I get this error:

But the galleries work fine after the error. How can I solve this? Thank you.
