Hello,
It could be due to recent DNS move, from the registrar to Cloudflare’s name servers, and after the DNS has fully depployed be gone?

Yes, you are absolutely correct. The error/warning appears if image/icon path of the menu is incorrect. So in your case it failed to find this image/icon “https://phantom2000.com.br/wp-content/plugins/wd-google-analytics/assets/main_icon.png”, and thus the warning appeared. And that’s probably because of the recent DNS move.
Hope the error is not appearing anymore after the DNS has fully deployed.
