failed to open stream

  • I installed WordPress to the server and got this error message after trying to load /wp-admin/install.php:
    Warning: main(C:\Inetpub\vhosts\beysinc.com\httpdocs\blog/wp-includes/compat.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\beysinc.com\httpdocs\blog\wp-settings.php on line 246

    I am not missing any files – what do I need to change in order to get this to work?
