I am pretty new to this. Could you please tell me which file you are talking about?

The one that failed, “wp-includes/load.php”. If not, download a fresh copy of WordPress from www.ads-software.com, unzip locally, then upload all files and directories to your site via FTP.

Yes, we-includes/load.php is there. Should I upload fresh copy of WordPress?
Also, before uploading the files and directories, should I delete the current files?

What are the permissions on that file? Different from the rest or the same?

Hmmm… well, go ahead and do the upload. It can’t hurt. If that doesn’t do it, then we go into deeper troubleshooting mode.

This may be a plugin or theme issue. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

I deleted all the files and uploaded a fresh copy of WordPress. It showed Forbidden error. So, I went back and restored all the files. Now, it is showing Fatal Error.

The error still is Failed opening required '/home/zls9ljgjm63m/public_html/wp-includes/load.php'

I think it’s time to ask your host to look at this.

I did check with my hosting service provider. They said it must be a plugin or theme issue and cannot be fixed from their end:(
