You are using AMP plugin in sandboxing mode, which is more focused on performance rather than AMP validation, which means you are using a progressive version of AMP

Your site will not have an AMP version but your non-AMP pages will perform better using AMP components benefits.

Can you please try different themes such eg: StoreFront theme by Automattic.

I doubt that there is some customization added in your current storefront pro theme which is affecting AMP validation.
