    Hello @solventweb

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

Even though I am happy you mainly have a good experience with our plugin; the error you have encountered (RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND & INVALID_RESOURCE_ID) is not a specific error for any known issue and is often related to a plugin conflict. Sometimes other plugin cause data that our plugin uses to be altered, and they make our plugin respond with this failure notification. It could be that the logs of our plugin will show more details that would help us narrow this down, but for now there is not much we can tell you about existing problems.

At this point, you could try to reproduce this issue on a staging site, and when you are able to do that, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists. Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts.

Just be aware that this approach only works when you can reproduce the issue, so that would be the first step.

If you have logs available, but you don’t feel comfortable sharing those details on a public forum, please open a ticket with our service desk. You can find the instruction for this here: https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
(please add the URL of this thread in the ticket as well).

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Thanks @joostvandevijver. I’ll post back here if I’m able to reproduce the error. Until then I’ll close the topic.
