  • I’m having the similar issue. Hope that will be a response on this soon. I have heard PayPal have updated their systems recently.

    Hello @smtaste

RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND error typically occurs when the PayPal API receives invalid or outdated data during the transaction process. While this is a known issue to us, it tends to happen sporadically and is not reproducible, which adds to the complexity of resolving it. I encountered this error when trying to change the payment method for subscriptions from Advanced Card Processing to PayPal Vault – in this scenario, the error is intentional and makes sense.

We would need more specific details. Could you please provide us with information regarding whether this error occurs occasionally or if your customers consistently face it? Additionally, knowing the type of products affected by this issue would be highly beneficial.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian

1.Occasionally happens, and I can’t reproduce it, and I don’t know what the client did to cause the problem

2.The types of our products are multi-specification products

    Hello @smtaste

If an issue cannot be consistently reproduced or only occurs sporadically, it limits what we can do from the plugin’s perspective. Such issues are often deeply integrated with the systems and processes of PayPal itself.

Given this situation, the most effective approach would be to contact PayPal Merchant Technical Support directly. They have more comprehensive insights into their system and are better equipped to shed light on the specific nature of the issue you’re encountering.

    Kind regards,
    Krystian
