    Hello @ramboxe

To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report and your latest PayPal Payments log files.
The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can copy the log files from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.

You can share it privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/
If you send a private message, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks,
    Femi.

I’m having much issues with the new 1.9.3 version. I need to solve ASAP, how can I rollback to 1.9.1 in the meantime?

    Hello Alex,

sorry for the delay in our response. If you want to roll back to an older version, you can download any version at the bottom of this page or find all official and beta releases on this page.
You would need to download the package and install them manually on the plugin page of your site.

I just checked the bug we have open for this issue and we have engaged PayPal for this issue, since we believe it is caused on the server end. We are still waiting for PayPal to respond to this request.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Hi there, do you have any news regarding this issue?

    Hello @prettyboyelias

We are still chasing the PayPal server team to get a solution for this in place, but as you might have noticed, it has not yet been resolved. This error could be prevented by disabling Vaulting if the merchant doesn’t have Reference Transactions (however, this avoids subscriptions from being sold via PayPal).

We will keep on chasing PayPal, but there is not much more we can tell you at this moment.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Thank you, Joost, unfortunately I don’t now how to track the status of an issue

“We are still chasing the PayPal server team to get a solution for this in place”

Have you tried to call them? ?? Usually this is the quickest way to reach someone from PayPal

    Hello @prettyboyelias

We are in direct contact with their management, so I don’t think calling their customer service will get us more traction on this matter. This week we did see some movement, so we are hoping for improvements soon. But as said before: this seems to be out of our hands (not caused by the plugin) and can only chase PayPal to take action on it.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

Thank you, Joost! Could you please send me the link to track the status of this issue? Some of our customers keep having issues with their payments ??

If it helps here is the issue that we see (we used version 1.9.3):

Failed to process the payment. Please try again or contact the shop admin. Hello @prettyboyelias

we have not gotten an internal reference from Paypa, but I just asked them to share this with us. The last response we got from PayPal was the following:
    1) To be able to vault a PayPal account of buyer, merchant needs to be vetted and enabled for billing agreements. I believe this process is manual and MTS/GPS should have this documented. I think there are some enhancements underway to be able to request BA from developer portal.
    2) Merchant enabled for ACDC, should be able to vault a credit card and use the vaulted cards to charge for a subscription or for buyer to select a vaulted instrument at checkout.

I have asked for the reference on the enhancements activity and hope I will be able to share that with you, so you can refer to that when contacting MTS. Just make sure you have the advanced features activated on your account to avoid that being the cause for this issue. You can request this manually here.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
