    Report Number: CJDYYRIP

    Hello,
    I’ve been struggling to come up with a solution as to why I am unable to pull any images back from optimization. I did initially have some issues with Cloudflare WAF blocking optimization, but I have resolved that and can submit and see the images in the QUIC Image Optimization dashboard with cron or manually.

    However, now I am unable to pull them back. I did rule out Cloudflare and all other plugins. Looking through the logs, I see the following error:

    failed to pull webp image: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired

    This error lead me to the following thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/image-optimization-stuck/) where it was suggested and reported to work replacing the crt file. However I have done this and as far as I can tell, it’s the exact same file that shipped with my install of WordPress. It has not solved the issue and I still see that same error in the log.

    Any ideas as to what I should try next? I’ve looked at some of the other sites I have built using LSCache, latest version of WordPress, same hosting, same theme, same plugins. They appear to work from what I can tell.

    This website (with the issue) is a brand new WP install and build which replaced a separate WP install and build on the same server. The old WP site did use LSCache without issue, as far as I can remember. So, I’m wondering if the issue could be something now misconfigured in QUIC.cloud? The domain stayed the same but the only difference is that the old site used a sub-folder for the files and the new site just has everything dumped into the root.

    It’s probably unrelated, but just one of the several thoughts I’ve had on the issue that haven’t been ruled out.

    please try this , edit file ./litespeed-cache/src/img-optm.cls.php around line 964, you will see $response = wp_remote_get........

    add a line before this line with code below

    error_log( $server_info['server'] , 3, WP_CONTENT_DIR . '/error.log');

    then trigger the error again , once you see the error log again , then share me the content of /wp-content/error.log

    Hi @qtwrk,

    please go to LiteSpeed Cache -> General -> click “redetect”

    then go to Image Opm summary , click “clean up unfinished data” if it shows up

    then send again , it should work by then.
