    Hi,

In the image optimization section when “Send Optimization Request” is clicked the following error is shown:

Failed to push to LiteSpeed server: Too many errors when try to fetch image source files from your previous request, please contact LiteSpeed.

Is there a fix for this?

    Thanks.

    Hi Greyleg,

Did you install any other image optimize plugin already? If so, you have to choose only one. If you would like to use our optimization, please let us know. We will clear your previous request so you can submit the new request for the images uploaded.

    Best,
    Eric

There is no other image optimization plugin at the moment. There was one previously.

Yes, I would like to use LS Cache Image Optimization option.

Is there more information available? Like if it’s lossless or lossy optimization?

    Hi Greyleg,

You may want to take a look this section for more information

Our image optimization now is lossy.
For reset, can you provide domain or (5 digits) from API key?

    Best,
    Eric

    Hi, Greyleg.

Are you still having a problem with this, or can we close the thread?

Can I provide the domain privately? Also, is it possible to have lossless optimization? How much quality is effected with the lossy compression?

Sure, we can proceed privately if you prefer. You can create a ticket or send email to [email protected]. (Both methods go to the same place.)

I’ll mark this topic resolved, and our support ticket team will pick up where we left off.

    Thanks!

P.S. Currently, we only provide lossy compression, and the image is optimized to 85%-90% of its original quality. I dn’t currently have any side-by-side comparisons I can share, but in the couple of tests I’ve done myself, I haven’t noticed any loss of image quality, and I’m fairly picky about such things.
