Failed to Read File

Hi,
What should I try if Google Shopping is saying “Failed to Read File?”
“No items processed.”My XML file is: https://www.carolina-clothing.com/wp-content/plugins/product-feed-silver/product_feed_silver.xml
I entered in the file name: product_feed_silver.xml
Not sure if that was right, but Google was asking for it.
