    Error messages:
    [In the backend, when trying to refresh the connected Mailchimp lists] Failed to renew MailChimp cache – please try again later
    [When filling out the embedded form] Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later.

    I have the signup form on this page:

    The newsletter worked until last week. There haven’t been any changes made to the site that I know of. And for what it’s worth, I have the Mandrill plugin installed as well.

    Hi,

    Could you try again today? MailChimp has had some issues in the past few days, so that might have caused you to see things you normally wouldn’t. If that doesn’t do the trick today, we’ll try to get into it further. However, if it does, try to debug your Oops error by following the steps listed here.

    Hi Ines,

    Thanks for your reply. I tried it again with no success. I went to that debugging page and got stuck when I discovered that my Lists section says ‘No lists were found in your Mailchimp account’. Clicking the Renew Mailchimp lists button doesn’t yield any results. The top of the page says the API is CONNECTED.

    I can give you my API key if necessary. Thanks so much for your help.
