Failed to retrieve thread from HTTP server

Hi
When i try to upload products files on facebook catalog i get this message “Failed to retrieve thread from HTTP serverFailed to retrieve thread from HTTP server (Code d’erreur Curl : 18)(Code du statut HTTP : 201)”

I found the csv file on my ftp and allow 777 autorizations
I try anew and it get the same message

I downloaded the csv file on my computer by ftp and add it manually on facebook catalog and it work

I don’t understand what happened
Can you help me

I suspect that you may be running to a server or security configuration issue. As a first step, would you please try temporarily disabling any security plugins you have activated as well as any server-side security settings you have set up? If you’re not too sure about what you may have set on your server, please get in touch with your host as they should be able to assist with that.

I delete it
I send a message to the developpers
