Failed to send message

Love the plugin. I have used it for years and this is the first error I’ve had so that is very much a good thing. I have a site with drop down menu for multiple recipiants, and I used the [select* dept include_blank “X|[email protected]” “Y|[email protected]”] format for the drop down and then used [_raw_dept] for the “TO” position for “MAIL”. Sadly, I’m getting “Failed to send your message. Please try later.” Is there a way to fix this?
