failed to send message

  • Hello when a customer sends a message with the form, a failure message appears that says “an error occurred, please try again later”.

    But the message has been sent to us. The form works.

    How to remove this error ?

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, WooCommerce and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    I just tried deactivating all the plugins but Contact Form 7 and Yoast. Switched to the default theme. Still doesn’t work yet it’s worked for over 2 years with no issue.
