    You are using outdated versions of CFDB (and WordPress). CF7 version is also important. I suggest updating everything to the latest.

    Did that and it’s still not working. Same error. And I updated all of the related plugins, too.

    Now, I’m also having a problem in Firefox that, once I load the home page, it sends me to another page that doesn’t exist.

    This may be unrelated, but I thought I’d mention it anyway.

    Temporarily disable CFDB then do a submission. If it goes through then you verified that CFDB is causing the error.

    To help debugging, define an error log file where PHP can print error messages. Create a wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/php.ini file with an line that points to a where a log files should be written:

    error_log=/path/to/error_log.txt

    Submit and see if you get an error message in that file.

    Temporarily disable the theme and other plugins and try a submission. If it works start re-enabling them and trying submissions until you identify which one is conflicting.

    Hi,

    I did as mentioned but no error code is shown.

    Any other methods?

    Apparently due to this error, the confirmation email will not send out as well. It would be great if you could help me in this.

    I am using the latest version of WordPress and CFDB.

    Thanks.
