Failed to send your message. Error

Hello all and thank you for your help.

My form has stopped working and I can not figure its issue.

I get a ‘Failed to send your message.’ error when I try to submit at the bottom of the page. I’ve looked at the form and everything looks okay with the email receipt.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
