Failed to send your message error but receiving emails

Hi,
My forms were working previously and I’ve tried a few things to fix the failed notice but nothing seems to work. The weird thing is that the emails are getting sent through but having that error show up makes users think they are not.

Also using WP-SMTP. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
