  • You also have lack of color issues on the form that does send. If you don’t supply an email address, you’ll see this.

    You could have a Javascript conflict with either your current WordPress theme or one of the other plugins you are using – see Contact Form 7 Email Issues – there is a link there that covers Javascript Conflicts.

    You could have some problems with the larger content in the form that isn’t sending.??
