Also you should only use SMTP if you find you actually need it on your particular WP host. Using SMTP can contribute to email authentication issues. Most users on quality WordPress hosting will not need to use SMTP.

I mean i have installed and configured Wp-Mail SMTP plugin.
And when i filled form i’ve seen this error.

After i deleted Wp-Mail and installed Configure SMTP plugin.
And when i filled form i’ve seen the same error.

Sounds like you may not have configured SMTP correctly – you may need to contact your WP host or SMTP service provider for assistance.

Most users on quality WordPress hosting will not need to use SMTP.

That might have been true in the past, but not in 2015, when the three major providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) all use SPF and DKIM and soon DMARC. I would petition you to update that section.

Also you should only use SMTP if you find you actually need it on your particular WP host.

Since all email is SMTP underneath, even Sendmail, even PHP mail() which both use SMTP to localhost:25, there’s certainly no harm in configuring SMTP on every WP host.

Contact Form 7 has been working beautifully for me for months, but just this week, it has started returning the following message:

Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

This message is in a grey box. Help, I have no idea what to do to fix this problem.
