    “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”

    I am getting the above message on a successful form submission. The message is presented in grey box so the usual link – https://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/ – doesn’t help me.

    The form and the upload documents are being set through fine, what could be causing this as users are submitting forms again and again.

    install WP MAIL SMTP plugin first https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and send test message to some gmail address of yours

    then:
    Log in to Gmail
    Open the message you’d like to view headers for.
    Click the down arrow next to Reply, at the top of the message pane.
    Select Show Original.
    The full headers will appear in a new window.

    check your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records (they should be all PASS) if they are not, there is something wrong with your WP mail configuration

    Installing the plugin: WP-Mail-SMTP was the cause of the problem. Removing it fixed the problem and allowed the email to be sent.

    same issue to me, remove WP-Mail-SMTP also can’t help, any others suggest ?

    I have the same problem when testing my contact form on this website ivageo.com , I still receive this message Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    Can you help me, please, to localize the problem ?
