Failed to send your message with [recapcha] tag

Normally the form works just perfect. But whenever I use the [recapcha] tag in back-end, the form does not send emails anymore and shows the following error.
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.”Will really appreciate if anyone can suggest why this could happen or how to fix this.
