I have set up to jump to the success page when the form is submitted successfully.

Sometimes when a user submits a form, the page refreshes instead of jumping to the success page, and the data will not be written to the database, but it will be successful when resubmitted.

This situation often occurs on mobile phones, while computers are mostly normal.

    Hello dear @ognam ,
    Thanks for your inquiry.

To solve the issue, please try to following 2 steps:
    1. Navigate to Form Maker ->Options and enable Ajax Submit option, see the screenshot.? It should fix the issue. If not then please try option 2.?
    2. If you have any caching or optimizing plugin, please exclude the form page from being cached/optimized, then clear website cookies and cache and check again.

Please let us know if you’ll need any further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Mane

    Hi, thanks for the replay.

I’ve tried option 1 before, which results in the user being redirected to the thank you page normally, but the submission is not written to the database and the letter is not sent. Do you have any other suggestions if I enable Ajax Submit option?

further, I don’t use any caching or optimizing plugin, should I adjust it in my server? I use blue host sever.

This exception usually occurs on mobile phones, when the user first goes to the submission page. When I did a refresh, the exception went away.

I See the same problem on my page.
Can you tell me to force close all caches? I use the plugin “LiteSpeed Cache”.

    Thanks

    Hi dear @ulrneu ,
