"Failed to Verify Referer" Error with no Caching PlugIn installed

    What is your site URL? “Failed To Verify Referrer” means your security token is already outdated, so unless you are using a caching (which you said it is not).

    I would recommend switching to the default theme to see if it works in the first place.

    URL is https://www.lolhospital.com.
    No cahcing plugin. tried a different theme, same “referer error”.
    What am I doing wrong?

    I think your template variables is wrong. Can you restore all the templates to default and switch to the 5 star ratings under WP-Admin -> Ratings -> Rating Templates?
