Failed to write file to disk.

This has been working fine for months…just started happening.
Seems like you can add one image but after you submit, you cant add or change anything. Delete works.

The usual reason for that is that you have run out of space on the server.

Disk usage is less than 1%

Then I’d suggest checking with your hosting company.
