    We are getting transactions that are showing as incomplete in Better payments but are showing up in Stripe as successful.

    Regarding your query, I checked the issue at my end and everything seems to be working fine and the Transaction is showing as completed for completed transactions. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/2iJKmW

    If you are still facing the issue, I would like to suggest you to check if you are using the latest version of the Better Payment or not. The current version is v1.0.0 for FREE and v0.0.2 for PRO.

    Hello

    I have checked the version and it is the current version 1.0. We had another transaction go through successfully to strip but the Better Payment plugin is tagging it again as incomplete. This is preventing the emails from going out as the transaction for some reason is not showing as complete. Again in Stripe we see the payment come in successfully.

    Ok I entered a ticket from the link you provided. Note that the support ticket doesn’t have Better Payments as an option in the pulldown menu for products.
