Failed Transaction message?

Great plugin. Thanks! I’m wondering about failed transaction displays, though. I ran some successful transactions on a demo account, then switched to production account. When I try to run a card in production, though, I just get a blank with a grey box. It’s the same screen I saw early on when I had a wrong Gateway ID / Password but then the gray box wasn’t empty.. it had a message. The client is going to try a real transaction later.. but I want to know what is supposed to happen when there is a problem with the credit card… when it’s rejected.
