‘Failed:network error’ message when downloading archive zip file

Hi,

I keep getting the error ‘failed:network error’ when I try downloading the archive zip file. Something does download but its not a zip file and the error shows on my task bar.

I did contact my host to ask them to look into it and they increased the pop download limit. Strangely they say they were able to download the archive file but the issue persists for me even after they have made these changes. Is there something I’m missing here or a known fix for this please?
