failing on phones

    I’m finding this slider to be failing on iOS and Android phones.

    If I load my home page and touch the slides “too soon” it will lock up, and completely fails to respond or move.

    I’ve also found that rotating the devices from portrait to landscape will cause problems.

    Worse, when it fails it’s when it has filled the screen but steals the user’s touch. So so the user their phone has crashed!

    I’m using WooTheme’s Canvas and a very generic home page. Really, there’s little more on the page other than this plug in.

    I paid for this plugin and tried contacting support. Nothing. I’ve wasted too much time with this. I’m about to give up and replace it.

    Anyone got an idea of how to solve my problems?

    The issues on iPhone and Android have been resolved in v2 of the plugin. Update to v2 and then be sure to follow the instructions to upgrade your sliders from the v1 architecture to v2 to ensure a complete and smooth upgrade.
