Failing orders

  • Hello

    Some orders have started failing with Woocommerce Paypal Payments. There is no info in the error message explaining why other than “Could not process order. Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

    Could you please let me know if there’s a fix for this? Thank you

    Apologies for the trouble with some orders. A new update that should resolve an issue causing certain orders to be set to Failed will be released soon.

    I’m experiencing the same issue. Only it appears random and related to the PayPal card processing.

    When is the update expected to be released?

    I am having the same issue. Some card payments work fine, others fail with “Could not process order” and no other information.

    This is making for very unhappy customers and giving my website a bad reputation. Rather unforgivable from an organization of Paypal’s caliber.

    When will this fix be out???
