Failing to Back up database

Hi,

Can you please send us a copy of the latest full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

It shows that the backup process is timed out or killed off while backing up the database.

I would suggest asking your hosts/server admin to investigate their PHP error logs. These logs should contain more information on the exact issue that is causing the backup process to halt.

I’ve spoke with my host and they said the following:

`After investigating the PHP error log for your domain name – itphire.co.uk we managed to see that there are errors related to the plugin UpdraftPlus_backup.

The last entry states that the WordPress database error Table ‘itphire_db.ha3v_wfhoover’ doesn’t exist for query DESCRIBE ha3v_wfhoover

Here is the full error entry:

I asked my hosting to double our current resources you listed this has had no effect

The backup still gets stuck on the table ha3v_wfhoover

Hi,

Apologies for the delay.

In this case, I would recommend excluding the problem table in question.
The ha3v_wfhoover table is part of the WordFence plugin, and used to store URLs flagged during a scan.

As such, excluding it from the backup should not cause any issues.

Is there any issue regarding that table logged in the WordFence diagnostics?
If so, I would also recommend contacting WordFence support regarding the issue.
