Failing to install Visual Composer plug-in

Hi! I just purchased the Visual Composer plug in. I have tried to install it a couple of times but I keep getting “Destination folder already exists. Plug-in install failed.”

Upon checking the list of my installed plug-ins, the Visual Composer is not there still. How do I troubleshoot this problem? Thanks!
