Failing to install Woocommerce addon

    I’m having a problem installing the woocommerce add-on. When i click to download and then Install it shows the message “Could not install”. Is there a way to find the logs so i can check why this error is happening?

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro.

    You must have Paid Memberships Pro and WooCommerce installed and activated on your site. Instead, you can can follow these steps to install PMPro WooCommerce manually:

    1. Download PMPro WooCommerce here
    2. Upload the pmpro-woocommerce folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
    3. Activate “Paid Memberships Pro – WooCommerce” through the “Plugins” menu in WordPress
    4. Go to “after activation” here.

    Then, you can follow the steps on this page to configure plugin settings. Check out the video here for more information on using the plugin.
