Failing to load pages

use inMotion for hosing and ahve worked with support for 2 days.
the first time used UM, all pages loaded correctly. but member list did not show. while trying to troubleshoot that, resintalled. since then have deactivated all plugins and resinstalled UM. but sill no pages and no information under ‘UM-forms’. it’s blank.
