    I installed the product 2 days ago. It worked like a charm. No changes to site whatsoever. This morning I logged in and the Real-Time Log and Overview sections are now failing to load – just infinitely says “connecting”. I verified in FireFox and Chrome on different systems. I also checked to ensure that all other site functions are working (they are). I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin… and flushed the database history and reset the configuration… nothing. Any thoughts? Thanks ||

    Thanks for looking into this! Async has been turned off all along. Never turned it on. Site is HyperAbsolute(.)com

    I also tried switching between Javascript and Server-side for the tracking mode – no effect.

    From the description of your $25 priority support package at the URL you provided, it appears that priority support is about being placed at the front of the support queue. But from what you said above, it appears that you don’t want to troubleshoot the issue ***unless*** I pay you $25. Honestly, I have $25… and you are probably worth more than that, but it doesn’t sound like you *want* to help at all. And that’s sad. But hey, no offense taken – to each their own.

    Friendsterz, from our activity on this support forum, you can judge by yourself if we are eager to help or not ?? The issue is that we would need to spend some time by setting up a remote desktop session with you, accessing your admin, and running some tests directly on your system. This kind of targeted support is what you would be paying for: a tech team member dedicated to you that can do all those things. Again, we are eager to help. Also, if it ends up being a bug in the software, you’ll get a full refund. Your call.

    Camu, I am certain that everyone on this forum would appreciate it if you state in the plugin description that you “reserve the right to refuse free support for the basic product at your discretion.” This is what you are doing now ??

    And it’s totally cool, mate, but you are not getting my money because you were not upfront about this. Like I had said earlier, I am sure your time is well worth it, but this lack of disclosure doesn’t sit well with me, even though I can afford the fee.

    You have written a good plugin, and I commend you… and if you think it *helps* your business that you will never find out how I fixed *your*bug* this morning, then hey – it was your own decision.
