    The plugin is at version 5. To have ignored basic accessibility for 5 major versions is deserving of a 1-star rating at this point. The rating can change if the plugin improves. I can’t do here the education your staff needs, but you could start with these: https://www.w3.org/WAI/fundamentals/accessibility-intro/ and https://letmegooglethat.com/?q=accessible+popups

    BTW, I love that you include scheduling for popups! That is what got me to try your plugin. I would have bought the paid version, too, but it’s actually unlawful to make content inaccessible to people with disabilities, so I can’t use Popup Box on any projects.
