Yes! I experience this too and can definitely confirm it.

When contacting support, they say that migration is a paid service with SG and that the plugin is designed for other hosts, not SG itself… Really??? Can’t migrate a site within my own hosting account? Disappointing!

@shorelarkbythesea sorry for the late reply, I must have missed this thread somehow. Please, let me know if you still experience such issues. Usually, it is a strict .htaccess or a security plugin that blocks the plugin from working properly but I would need your site to say more.
