Fails immediately!! “unexpected error.”

  • I’m running WP 4.95, as soon as I tried to add my first block it goes into panic mode and says,”The editor has encountered an unexpected error.” and gives me 3 button choices,
    1. Attempt Recovery
    2. Copy Paste Text
    3. Copy Error

    None of the buttons work and it is impossible to move forward. If this is what it’s gonna do at WP 4.95v, how can it be even close to being ready by WP 5.0v ??!! What are we trying to do here? Destroy a great thing like WordPress? Please listen to the users Mat. Don’t make it part of the Core. Plz, don’t destroy a great thing. Keep it as a shitty plugin that it is right now. Our livelihood depends on it.

    I am sorry your first experience was an error. Can I step through perhaps to see how this happened? Are you building a block or adding one from the library? I ask as that helps narrow things down. Also, could you try using the latest plugin and perhaps a default theme like Twenty Seventeen, just to get things on a steady field?
