Fails to export

This is probably a great program with very responsive tech service. They have been helpful

Unfortunately, the program does not work for me. I have tried this program on five separate websites on different hosting platforms. Only 1/5 works. It hangs on the database export at 70%. There does not seem to be a logical answer. These are all different sized word press based websites. But a 20% success rate is unsatisfactory.

It would be most interesting to find out why so many are successful and yet so many are unsuccessful. There must be something common about those where this does not work.
