Fails to regiter Jetpack

    I get this error:

    {"code":"insert_blog","message":"Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.","data":400}

    I can see in Apache log xmlrpc.php?for=jetpack being called. If I do call it manually it replies properly with : XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.

    I tried uninstalling completely and reinstalling without success.
