Fails to return shipping quote when certain quote options are selected

    When certain quote options are selected in the Transdirect Account are selected, the following message is selected.
    “Please check module settings in transdirect account.”

    If addition quote options are selected, the originally selected and additionally selected quote options are returned.

    The site / account are currently configured to only provide quotes for TNT Overnight Express, but returns the above error every time.

    Hello,

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

    The error message “Please check module settings in transdirect account.” will only appear when your module is not configured in your member area. i.e default dimention is not set, none of the rules has been setup. I have checked your website and I can see quote is generating without above message. https://ibb.co/7njSMPk
