Failure at moving site to root directory

We tried to move the site, via moving the wordpress files into the root directory, but did it incorrectly. Now the site does not exist nor does the login page. As far as I can tell all the wordpress files are still on the server.

What do I do next?

This is the url that we want to replace: bhide.net
