Failure during System Scan

    Briefly,
    3 wp installations in the same server. Making duplicates in local xampp. In two of them, duplicator worked without any problem (older wp, closed sites, just for definitive backup). In the third, the working site, WP 4.3.4, while creating new package, step 2, system scan initiates and stops after few seconds.
    Disabled all plugins, except duplicator: same behavior.
    Enabling php error log. Each time I try to create a new package, adds this (just 2 warnings, no errors)
    PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/zip) is not within the allowed path(s): (/wwwhome0/wwwusr61/:/usr/share/php5/:/var/lib/php5/:/tmp/:/home/wwwusr61/) in /home/wwwusr61/root_q1b_2015/wp-content/plugins/duplicator/classes/utility.php on line 377

    I even removed and reinstalled duplicator. Same.
    Any advise?

    More info on the problem.
    I have found the json scan documents in the tmp folder.

    In the problematic install, they are all empty. In the other cases are full of data.

    Don’t know if it helps, but this error is reported in the browser console of firefox, jus after the scan process fails.

    Restoring plugins doesn’t make any difference.
