Invalid RSS url on Lots of RSS Feeds

I’m unable to find any feeds to aggregate with this plugin. ?? Are the errors in this RSS feed causing it to fail? https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=https%3A%2F%2Fmyapnea.org%2Fblog.atom
This is just one of the feeds I’ve tried, all say valid, but complain of a few errors.
How hard is it to find a good RSS feed or is there something wrong with my setup?
Please help, this is driving me crazy.
