Failure of payment

Good evening,
I am having an issue when the payment is not acceptable to the bank.
In the test scenarios in my test page, if the transaction with the bank fails, the script returns the user back to the “Thank you” page, informs that the transaction has failed, and allows him to pay again for the transaction.
However, when the user chooses to pay, he returns to the checkout page, but the options given for the payment method do not take into account the conditions under which they have been placed, for example, the cash on delivery method is not offered for purchases of 100 euros.
Is there a way to resolve this failure?
